As I see it....

Plain and simply put.

A country with no aggressiveness willing to give away it's nukes when asked. With assurances of protection BTW!

Only wanting to live peacefully within it's borders. Wanting to expand it's interaction in a peaceful way with the rest of the world.

Invaded raped and pillaged by Putin's Russia. With made up excuses by him also BTW!

This is when the countries of the world need to be deciding is their word worth anything.... Or do we take the cheaper easy way out with weak excuses.

Having in my past found the need more than a few times of standing up to more than one bully. Found out long ago it is stand up or bow down! I choose to stand up and confront ever time. Bully's only respect strength see weakness in other wanting to engage in negotiating.

Realism is that, in Ukrainian hands, American (and other Western) weapons have destroyed 50% of Putin's armed forces at an expenditure of less than 5% of our defense budget. An absolute bargain in terms of reining in a mad butcher at war with the West.

So, the realism that Ukraine should be surrendered to Putin? How does your realism sit with the murder of thousands and thousands of non-Nazi Ukrainian civilians? Or is it so much kill 'em all and let God sort 'em out?

I was saying this is the time for the rest of the world stand by the promises made to them of protection. They gave up willingly nukes with the assurances They would be protected from just what is happening now....

Yes we need to be supporting 100% their fight against Putin.

Nothing new nd his usual grandstanding. He played a similar card last year and then the amount was a lot higher, $40 Billion.

Putin and his friends need to be in front of the ICC or pushing up sunflowers.

And Dondi is all upset that this old man was cheered. Well here are 88 nazis that our government let off the hook in the most notorious act of genocide in world history.
Dondi's thought influencers want him to still consider the guy a NAZI. It makes defending Russia's actions against Ukraine easier to swallow.

So the newness or lack thereof makes it wrong.
