Not for members of the cult of personality. The MAGA/Q-ANON's are making all this noise about pedophile trans men in women's restrooms, and pronouns in school, “don’t say gay” laws banning classroom discussion on LGBTQ. I was a member of a forum with a whole bunch of the most vile racists, sexist, homphobic, xenophobic, facist scum that can be found anywhere...and a bunch of lefties as well. It was often monotonous, but I felt it was valuable as it was an easy way to stay on top of what is in the minds of these people. Problem was the owner and the management were vile scum MAGA, sovereign citizens, militia lunatics and others of that ilk.

A number of us found ourselves locked out...the excuse being that we supported child sexual abuse, grooming, and the usual list of sex/gender bullshit. They couldn't compete with actual discussions on these subjects so they just did a mass lockout.

The specific issue in my case was a discussion about a news item where a 14 year old middle school trans girl had gone to the school social worker and the school psychologist, with her issue (please excuse.. my use of traditional pronouns, I'm just trying to get through the story). The school social worker had provided resources for the girl where she could find chest binders online, and had provided counseling support for her. The kid was freaked out that her parents would find out about her orientation, and, following state confidentiality law guidelines, the worker told her that because she was over the age of 12 she didn't have to talk about any of this with her parents, and that the neither he, nor the school psychiatrist would discuss it with her parents without her signing a written release of information. The parents found out and threatened to sue the school district...ran to the news media.

So...long story long...I went on there and explained that in every state in this country, children over 12 (the specific age varies a bit from state to state) have counseling confidentiality rights, which includes the child's parents. Who will not discuss what goes on in counseling without the kid's written authorization. THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO BE THE LAW PEOPLE, FOLLOW THE FUCKING LAW. Well that was excuse enough for them to lock me out because any supporter of pedophile social workers, pedophile teachers, pedophile school administrators is also a pedophile (interesting they never include pedophile clergy).

Why is the sex/gender issue so monumental to the MAGA...I say, because it's getting to be all they got.

All politicians are always going to manipulate something that they think will help them retain votes and acquire new votes. But today's GOP have turned themselves into the worst vote whoring shitsacks in the history of the republic. Historically speaking discrimination sells and is a great tool for politicians to divide and conquer. On the subject of Homophobia and LGBT, the GOP has an easy target while people in general are not attuned to their problems and social treatment.
