Wonder if he is willing to Epstein Cohen? I think he can go that low, hell it wouldn't surprise me if he has already been down there.

I trust the FBI is watching over Mr. Cohen. As to Herr T'Rumpenfuhrer the Nazi slug, no doubt he'd have someone dropped into the East River wearing cement galoshes.

Lets hope he is being "protected". Sad thing is even if something happens to Cohen it won't matter for many in the cult.

I'm not sure Cohen needs any "protecting." The prevailing notion is that Trump's attorneys won't be bringing any evidence that Cohen has to worry about. It reminds me of all those November 2020 "stolen election" cases his shyster lawyers presented with no evidence after they were warned of suspension of their licenses if they brought in any more fake evidence. In this case against Cohen their evidence testimony disclosure makes trouble for them in the AG James case and in the pornstar payoff case.

I was thinking of the testimony Cohen will be giving not the suit against him. Isn't the suit against to try and shut him up?

I figured since the thread topic was the suit filed by Trump against Cohen that's what we were talking about.
Anyway, I think the suit against Cohen is Trump's feeble attempt to distract his remaining fucked up supporters from the half dozen active court cases where he is the defendant. Right now the case that seems to be troubling him the most is the sexual battery and defamation case filed against him by E. Jean Carroll. I believe he is in New York to testify today.

He gave a deposition today on AG James case against him for fraud and tax evasion. Do not know when Ms. Carrol’s lawsuit is set to start.
