Not being a spoiler here, but I would not be surprised if this case was thrown out. But Trump getting booked in Manhattan in front of NY media with the Trump hatred in full display would be well worth it. Trump's approval rating in NY must under 1% and they absolutely hate him.

This may well be an example of "it's not the crime but the coverup" steps taken to effect the case may well be the charges that matter the most.

Intimidating threatening tampering all very evident so far.

Thanks Barney, I had not considered this, only the underlying case of hush money payment to SD. Will wait to see all the charges and now you have made my morning so much brighter.
