Trump calls for protests of what he claims is his imminent arrest

This is the MO from crafty bastard, he will claim one thing, his so called staff will claim something else and when things gets heated, he will deny what he said.

Writing from his Mar-a-Lago Club in Florida, Trump surprised his advisers by posting an all-caps message on his Truth Social platform on Saturday morning that declared he “WILL BE ARRESTED ON TUESDAY OF NEXT WEEK. PROTEST, TAKE OUR NATION BACK!” His language echoed rhetoric that he used in advance of the attack on the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, by his supporters.

Trump’s advisers and lawyers have expected for days that he will be indicted in the New York case, which hinges on a $130,000 payment to an adult-film star.

But Trump spokesman Steven Cheung said Saturday morning there had been no “notification” of an indictment and said Trump’s supporters should attend a rally he is holding next week in Texas for his 2024 reelection.

Knowing from experience what he will do once in front of a crowd citing exceptional circumstances they ought to announce his indictment Monday morning then gather him up by mid-day. I still say he's a flight risk.

This looks like a Federal case dressed up as a state case and doubt it will move forward. But gives Trump an opportunity to raise funds and his cult to let off some steam. I am certain his lawyers will ask him to stay away from NY, but can he or will he?
