So much for "fiscally conservative" Repubes.
Pretty sure Congress incurred all that debt. The president can either go along or veto. Going along is the wiser choice.

With Reagan's election the Republicans lost their 'fiscally responsible' high ground claim. As if they actually ever had a legitimate one.

The WCDs and SRs should be allowed to secede as a single country and only be allowed back in when they've worked out their differences.

Declare war, surrender, then demand reparations?

Obviously math and constitution are not something they are taught.
A rumor I would like to start is that trump will be reinstated in 2024 thus convincing the cult that they don't need to vote.

The flaw in this scenario is that a majority (53%) of WCDs don't want to secede.

That's got a ring to it. I like it. "Like" as in that's what we should call them. i nominate Texas for this new nation. That would cut way down on the amount of U.S./Mexico border we'd have to contend with. The downside is that we'd then need to patrol the U.S./Texas border.
