I'd think Jizzlaine has a pile of life insurance policies in the form of stuffed manila envelopes secured with an undisclosed third party somewhere, in case of some random "accident".

The central fantasy is that Trump is the Historically Great Man, fighting all the evil hidden enemies on their behalf. The cult will believe anything necessary to sustain this fantasy, and will reject anything that contradicts it. So Trump wishing the pedophile procuress well has no impact.
