Mueller finds there are rules against him indicting Trump for obstruction, says Congress can take action. That assumes that it does not remain too stuffed with corrupt Republicans to do so. The intervening election may make the matter moot.

Some legal commentator on TV characterized Trump and Co., as portrayed by the Mueller Report, as a cross between Goodfellas and The Three Stooges.
