Hell no.

Do the Canadians or the Brits need a mandate, or any of the other countries that have single payer need a mandate?

The ones that don't have mandates are financed by taxes whether anyone signs up for them or not.

Not all of them are 100%.

Medicare will cost you $121.80 a month for part B.

But the percentage signing up as soon as they are eligible is better than 90%.

If we were to open up our current Medicare program to everyone I guarendamnteeya we wouldn't need no mandate.
