Ouch. No surprise that Richard Branson thinks Trump is unfit.

The discovery in that case would be a circus. He would have to undergo depositions in which every detail of alleged sexual indiscretions would be fair game for inquiry. The tapes with Billy Bush and the shock jocks would be relevant and admissible. Everything that he has said in other lawsuits and in the campaign would be available to test his credibility. And he would undoubtedly be a public figure. That would mean that he would face a higher standard of proof than a private citizen. Finally, as the lawyer for the New York Times has pointed out, he could have to prove that the allegations harmed his reputation. He has enough self-inflicted harm to make that burden of proof almost impossible. The biggest question would be whether the women he sued would be able to recover their attorneys fees - if they weren't paid by a Go FUnd Me petition.

To which I would gladly contribute. I want to see Trump destroyed for what he's done to the country.
