No we don't. We have allegations in the papers, particularly in Ailes case. We don't have testimony under oath, at least nothing that I've seen released or reported on. "...amounting to crimes..." I'm sorry, did I miss a court case where Ailes was convicted of something? Or is it just that this is a "crime" in the court of John?
At this point, there's a whole lot that's missing.

$20 million buys a lot of silence. Funny how a big ol' pile o' cash short circuits the discovery process.

Nice to see you defending Roger 'Casting Couch' Ailes, Mike.
One question, since when does Rupert Murdoch cave to Democrats and fork over $40 million to make Ailes leave, if there's nothing to all of this?

What's missing, a confession?
Sex crimes such as those Ailes is guilty of are committed in private, often behind a locked door, an admission of guilt can be the only proof you'll ever get because the only witnesses are the victim and the perpetrator. But when you have 50 years worth of strikingly similar stories from a long list of victims, that becomes tantamount to proof and the best you're likely to get.

Actually, counting payments to Ailes, Carlson, and others, we're up to 60 million. Lot of money for conjecture and speculation....

I'm waiting for Sean Hannity to get caught with a dead hooker in his bed.
