The concept of any Restorative Justice theory is to remove then restore rights and privileges through a codified behavioral schema.
i.e., "you do this, we'll do that."
I'm fine with this, it's how a kid gets the car keys or cell phone back at home.
But it starts with compliance.
In our case, based in three levels of prior non-compliance?
1. Drag the kid out of the chair.
2. Remove her from the classroom.
3. Tell her what the schema is.
4. If she doesn't comply, she doesn't come back.
The choices are all hers.
