On probable cause (that is, information from a snatch snitch), a Bethelem College student will be subject to a pudendum inspection. There would need to be three witnesses, I would think. The Chancellor would probably be on the panel, rather than delegate such morally hazardous duty.
While they're at it they can check for witch sign.
