I think that in some way this derives from Republicans somehow seeing themselves as the "real Americans." Whatever they do is OK because they love America and whatever Obama does is wrong because he hates America. Rudy told me so.

If you are going to put words in the mouth of a supposed left wing conspiracy, at least give the left credit for proper grammar. Although I don't agree with the statement, it would be: "Israel has no right to exist," or perhaps: "Israel exists illegitimately."

And when did the correlation between being a leftist and being an Islamist arise? The actions taken by and propaganda spouted by proponents of radical Islam are fully to the contrary to the ideals of pluralism and democracy held close by all leftists I know.

Pluralism seems to work fine among lefty's as long as all their fellow lefty's are enemies of the state of Israel. It's really a riot that you mention democracy in the same paragraph...since the only democracy you're ever going to see in the middle east is the one you despise.
