While the right does indeed love their media, talk radio particularly, I never see threads in here with the right discussing amongst themselves how bad Obama is, or Clinton was, etc

Its so much more fun telling liberals how bad Obama is, Clinton was, Clinton is, Pelosi is, Reed is, etc., etc. Interestingly though, seems to me there are plenty on the left discussing with each other their disappointments in Obama.

And only that 52.5% is of a 36.4% turnout.
So, about 19% of all eligible voters voted for the Republicans.
**Bottom line, they won be because of lack of interest.**

The ones I've asked about voting have said the reason they are done voting is because politics have became a joke, anyone can be bought, and theres no saving this country from this point on no matter who is in Washington.

To a point I agree with that sentiment. The extremism just keeps getting worse, but a third party stands no chance. About the best a third party candidate could do would be to hurt the Democrats, and I think there is a lot of liberal mindedness in any independent who would back a third party, so they would be kind of shooting themselves in the foot by voting that way. Kind of a catch 22 situation, even if it could happen.

The small turnout is shameful. Who knows what these maps would have looked like had everyone voted.
