Yeah when it comes to creating varsity (or professional level) terrorist groups in Iraq George Bush's administration was the best.

Well let's see, we spent about what?

$2 Trillion bucks on the Iraq War?

And we made maybe 200 million new enemies as a result?

Good lord, i do not. One Ebola case is horrific, 100 is hardly imaginable. Basically, some center would become 'the Ebola hospice.'

I speak of such things in a 'it's not so bad' way only in comparison to an epidemic that kills some double-digit percentage of the population.
