I would say you're close but it's much bigger. More of a push back to how Obama is running this country and thinks he is above the laws of the land.
Did you hear his speech yesterday? It's very disheartening listening to him be so divisive and thinking his way is the only way. Thinking he has some unlimited power that he can wheel to his base and screw the other 73% of the country.
He looks to me as playing a political game and that's all that matters. He looks to me as trying to force an impeachment action against him. If he can do this I think his administration feels they might get a momentum boost in 2016.
I feel this is the best time to take action against him because people are seeing the dictator within him. This country is not only comprised of far right Demarcrats.
