The video was made before he passed in November of last year.

The power brokerage is progressing. Peace or indefinite trench warfare.

Kissinger did play a significant role in the architecture of the Cold War. He played an even larger role in structuring the modern Middle East, including the conflicts.

In the video, Kissinger is taking credit for his life's work, not denying it. It sounds like trench warfare, or 'stalemate' in Ukraine was an actual goal.

It's an excellent plan if you over look all the dead people and destruction for little to no reason.
