OK, Where do we go from here? If my employee has an abortion with the money I paid her, can I fire her if my religion is against abortion? This is going to get crazy...

Yes, it appears big corporations can skirt everything but taxes now and they already have been skirting those for decades.

I might be wrong, but doesn't this ruling open the door for a corporation to tell an employee how to spend his/her money? Healthcare is nothing more than compensation like a paycheck...correct?

There is part of the ruling that does not affect ACA specifically in any other way, but it sure does set a weird precedent much as you describe.

Your logic is good. There is no end to the infringements that are possible in the name of religion. What you suggest makes as much sense as telling women what they can do with their health insurance.

Combining religious motivation with state power is a fast road to tyranny. The two need to check each other, not reinforce each other. That's why they have to be kept seperated.

This is a rotten ruling by a rotten court.
