Newt is a Moonie?
"By the end of my second term, I will have a permanent moonbase and it will be American!" and he'll declare it a state once he gets enough signatures on a petition. To think that people call Gov. J. Brown- Gov. Moonbeam. That was a surreal moment watching Newt advocate the colonization of the moon.

Maybe he could farm dental floss when he gets there?
I like all of the assumptions he makes in stating that it would be "...completed by the end of my second term."

I've got an old camping book written by a guy who outfitted the US Calvary among other things (can't remember his name!), in it he mentions be sure to be shaded from the moon while you sleep, because of moonstroke.

Hey fellas,
If you haven't perused The Daily Show, you really ought to. It is hands down the funniest half hour of my day. Some of it is the most hilarious stuff written since Lenny Bruce. Keep an eye on the graphics.
Even if you don't agree with some of the so called leftist positions he takes, it provides a window into some of what passes for politics in America. He can be harsh as hell on the current prez as well. Just a suggestion.
Alternatively, you could look at it as an opportunity to know thine enemy. Bob

Well that's a given. They were stupid enough to elect the guy we got now, and the one before that, and the one before that....

Have you ever been in Sane? They don't have an airport so you have to be driven there.
