Obama's team isn't helping him
The reason the Benghazi issue won't go away has as much to do with how the administration continues to play and spin the issue as it does anything else.
- Said that when Susan Rice went on the Sunday shows 5 days after the Benghazi attack, Ms. Rice was merely relaying "what the CIA believed at the time", and "it was the best information we had at the time." Its already been demonstrated that this is not the case, but the administration still publicly clings to that narrative.
Just pouring a bit more gas on the fire.

Why? Because Crazy Louie said so?
Bengazi won't go away for a long time, just like the "Birther" nonsense and everything else; Because desperate and pathetic Republicans will refuse to let go until the dead horse is thoroughly pulverized into dust.
I yield the remainder of my time to the gentleman from Louisiana.

The reasn the Benghazi issue won't go away is because republicans are desperate and grasping at anything they can to try to discredit the president.

The Benghazi hearings has very little to do with what happened there. Only the CIA really knows what happened and they are not about to talk. It is really a campaign against Hillary Clinton and the fire will keep getting stoked and it won't go away as it's being played on TV.
That's free air time for the politicians and posture they will. More importantly this hearing deflects attention away from the budget, gun control; things that really matters to the American people. Most Americans do not know what Benghazi is let alone where.
Benghazi could be a new movie from 21st Century Fox.

I see the talking heads still keep on talking about "embassy" or "consulate". it was the CIA headquarters stupido.
Gas is probably the appropriate word to use in connection with Issa.

Sorry, meant to post this with a link. The comments were fro WH advisor Dan Pfieffer this morning on Face The Nation. They were not from any of the hearings.

I tried to watch that mess of lies from both sides of the fence this morning. That show should never have been broadcast.
