So what concerns me is this: what is the plan?
I know we are told to be leaders- to be the change- blah blah blah. Reality is that we are all followers (at some level)... I don't mind that- as long as there is a worthy leader and a plan that I can believe in.
So this is my challenge to any would be leader:
Are you worthy? (show me the CHARACTER!)
What is the plan? (Yes, it has to be specific!!!)
