the fact that one was not taken at the time of the assault sounds fishy. Even a negative result would demonstrate some worry about a broken nose. If one was taken odd that the lawyers for Zimmerman will not announce that one was performed.
Getting one's head slammed against the concrete would be an automatic brain CT in any emergency room these days, just to protect the ER doctors from lawsuits.

Maybe the kid never broke his nose or bashed his head in the concrete. Maybe he just "got up in his face".
