I do a lot of news scanning. Fox is the only general news source that doesn't air 2 weeks of solid "Whitney Houston is still dead" coverage (like CNN does) so some of their leading ratings are probably gained out of pure boredem with many of the other cable news outlets which are somewhere between the evening news and the National Enquirer. Most of the hosts/commentators at MSNBC are so openly biased that I find it insulting to sit and watch. O'Rielly, who has the most watched news show in cableland, plays the devil's (left's) advocate a little too much for me, but he is still entertaining to watch.

Oh yeah... and Carter is generally not considered to have been a good president. In fact he was consistently rated as the worst in recent memory... although that distinction is now often attributed (and deservedly in my opinion) to Obama.
