The way I see it, the system in Florida will decide if he is guilty or not. It's not up to me to decide, not being a resident of Florida.
If not, and folks think the laws are unjust, or if they think the system is corrupt, they can work to change them/enforce current law, or move, basically. It is up to them.
As you know, I'm fine with Ohio's Castle laws. I don't know if we have stand your ground laws or not, not being a ccw person. When I get shot by someone with ccw rights I'll let you know
