This case has to do with a loop hole in the law that allows a law savvy maniac to stalk and murder stereotypes he does not like.
With or without this law if a black male killed a white kid on his way home from buying candy NO MATTER WHAT the black man claimed he would be in jail with no chance of ever seeing the light of day again.
