Kind of like a skit the CBC did years back when sone Senator suggested that Britain could pay off all the Lend ZLease by giving Canada to the US. So the skit involved the US sending up various people to Americanize all the Canadians, one was a New York cab driver to teach them all how to drive.
Another was an evangelical missionary to teach the Inuit people;
Reporter" "So what did you learn from the missionary?"
Inuit: "Missionary say Thou shall not steal. Me say 'What is Steal?' Missionary tell me, now me rich man."
