Forgive me if I still do not get this, both Georgetown and American U are public institutions are they not?
This crap is one of the reasons we left the church, although sometimes I think they left us. The institution has become far more important than the message. Nowhere in the New Testament can I find wher Jesus asked for these magnificent houses of worship. I do seem to recall Him asking us to care for the poor and sick. I don't recall where He asked to abuse young children, rather He said summat about sending them to Him. The Bible does make reference to a Generation of Vipers and Whited Sepulchures though.
