I was shocked to say the least about the fracking!
A well driller bought up land near us in the country. Made us an offer on our lproperty ( we're selling). He shook my hubby's hand on the deal..... he was to give us a check a week later but.... felt the selling price was too high and instead... offered us
much less. We refused.
He bought up most of the land around us since then and made a mess of the area...cut trees, completely scared off most of the wild life.
We have a private well and are one of the few who do. Most people use their property for summer recreation and hunting.
A week later we find out he bought land in Pennsylvania and is going into gas drilling!!!
So now we're holding our breath...he
has money and there seem to be different rules for those who do.
