Yes... Of course Adam Smith was a socialist... I am surprised you didn't know till now. That the "rich" are to be made wealthier is the highest form of Socialism there is. The ultimate form of that, when there is a single rich person who controls 100% of the wealth, that is called: Marxist-Leninism.
