No, what I was asking, and will now ask again, is why did you say over and over and over and over that it is illegal to have any military action unless there is a clear and present danger, but then change your mind and say it's legal so long as Congress votes on it. I was just curious which of the two "tests" is the one you believe in.

I’m not saying you hate America and are working abroad for her downfall, I’m just saying there are legitimate questions and I’m asking them in a polite way.
