This gal (Beth) beats me up a bit but it's worth it. She's packin' a high quality caboose that puts on quite a show when she is showing me how to do some of these exercises I'm supposed to be doing.
I pretty much hate TV. I'll sit in the same room with it on but that's just to be sociable
