On what basis is this assertion being made (other than personal animus, of course)? I think that a person chosen as President of the Harvard Law Review and a
professor at University of Chicago's Law School is hardly an intellectual pushover.
I think both he and Slick Willy are pretty bright fellows. Dubya, not so much.
