Clarence Thomas has not spoken a word in over 5 years
I'm not sure what to make of this. Clarence Thomas hasn't opened his mouth in the SCOTUS since February, 2006. This is in a court that asks an average of 133 questions in an hour.

I'm having a hard time buying into the notion that this guy is a good jurist.
