Where this will go is anyone's guess and if this gets fast tracked to Scotus, I am betting they will side with Trump claiming that he is the de facto CEO and these are his employees. Or he can say FU and fire them all in which case there will be a deluge of lawsuits costing the government Million$ to defend and settle.
Will the Scotus touch this case if appealed?
