A "rapist" is one who commits rape, unless you and your fellow travelers are trying to change the definition. Every state,
including New York where a particular
civil judgement was reached, says that rape is a felony.
So, you called Trump a "rapist". Seems pretty clear to me that you were making the allegation. Now, just to help you out, here's what really happened in
the civil trial:
This is a civil case, not a criminal one. The jury was not asked to find Trump "guilty" or "not guilty," but whether he was liable for an attack on Carroll. They had several alternative verdicts to consider.
In written instructions, U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan asked jurors to decide whether the "preponderance of the evidence" shows that Trump "raped," "sexually abused," or "forcibly touched" Carroll. The jury checked "no" on the rape question.
So, Carroll didn't prove a case for "rape", even using the much lower bar that exists in civil proceedings.
