I told folks in 2016 exactly that.
If you had to choose between the two to watch your house while you were away, you could be sure Hills would see that mail was collected along with the paper, the yard was maintained, your dog fed, watered and walked, and the place looked occupied.
Otoh, the other guy would put the dog in the street, set the house on fire after over-insuring it, collect the insurance and sell the property out from under you, and when you returned, tell you he doesn't know what happened. Sue him and deal with his lawyers who will tie you up in countersuits until you are tapped out broken and bankrupt.
