Where there is Trump, there is financial chicanery and fraud.
In this SPAC which is simply a scheme to give Trump OPM money and then only to leave these people empty handed, since once the money is given away they will find that the company is worthless. I am talking about Truth Social now 100% owned by Trump and Digital Media which upon acquiring Truth Social will hand over 90% of the company in stocks currently worth around $3.5 Billion. At the last minute Trump engineered a lot more authorized shares purportedly more for himself and his family which will dilute the original investors.
And now there is a lawsuit. Only in Trump's fraudulent world can a $200 Million company be made to look like its worth $4 Billion so that enough suckers buy into it only to lose it all after the merger.
