As we have seen some on the
SC can have variable interpretations of the Constitution. I won't be surprised to see some blather of "protections of the office". The rock and hard place will be trying to exclude Biden from such protections from prosecution for "imagined offenses" before he got into office with the justification for prosecuting him for said "imagined offenses", that occured before he got into office.
