Unless Joe did something like nominate Harris for the SC. That would probably necessitate expanding the court. It would never fly if the Repubs had anything to do about it. That would be another reason to vote them out. Presidents and Vice-presidents have to be elected and have term limits. If Harris would get a seat on the bench that's an appointment for life. To say she's at least as qualified and anyone the Repubs have appointed in recent history would be an understatement.
