Ban him from appearing in court would be my guess since his presence is not required and Trump is only there for what he believes is for his intimidating tactics.
The Moron does not realize that this is a NY state case conducted in a city that absolutely hates him. They see him as a lifelong crooked businessman who has fleeced the city and the state.
