I had the mixed pleasure of being technical editor of a book that was co-authored by Adams former boss at Pacbell. SOB never acknowledged information that I gave him, info that he could never have found on his own. The only satisfaction I got was that he acknowledged in the book that he was Adams former boss. Kind of like publically declaring "I'm an idiot".
