You're lying once again. His "no comment" response was on Aug. 13, not Aug. 10. Moreover, it occurred in response to a shouted question that he didn't hear clearly while he was on a beach vacation. He has no obligation to respond to such questions and not doing so does not show a lack of empathy (particularly when he provided his response 4 days earlier).
Lastly, this "perception" of him being insensitive and tone-deaf was due solely to wingnut media trying once again to create a false equivalency with Trump's widely known sociopathy and total lack of empathy. Biden is widely acknowledged to be highly empathetic, a trait that wingnut media felt compelled to undermine.
And once again, you have failed to answer why the Far Right is responsible for 3 times as many acts of political violence than all others combined and why conservative politicians and clergy don't address it as they demand of Muslim imams (instead of often promoting political violence).
