Your post is a great example of the use of the guilt-by-association fallacy. Other than that, it has no relevant info about the shooter.
Any statement about Ikeguchi's motive, including any thoughts I might have, is conjecture. But since you asked, I think the guy was psychologically damaged. His parent's messy divorce may be a factor, and it sounds like he had a lot of anger at his dad. Beyond that, I have no idea.
