This is undeniably true, though he was treading lightly in the last sentence with the words "almost" and "semi." None of what he said can reasonably be construed as promoting, encouraging or threatening political violence or inciting the incidents you cited. Correctly asserting the obvious and indisputable fact that Trump and the MAGA movement embrace political violence is itself not inciting/promoting political violence, no matter desperate you are for some sort of (false) equivalency.
If you need some examples of what promoting political violence actually looks like, here are 10 examples of Trump actually doing so (and it doesn't even include that he asked Defense Secretary Mark Esper the following regarding Lafayette Square protesters:
"Can't you just shoot them? Just shoot them in the legs or something?").

DHS, DOJ and the FBI all agree that “racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists” are the nation's greatest domestic threat. In fact, Trump persistent lies and violent rhetoric helped to instigate the single biggest act of domestic political violence in the nation's history by a violent MAGA horde (with over 1,000 indictments so far (and counting)). How quickly you (and your party) have memory-holed that shameful day.
