So then lets get unselective. Indict and try Pence now, but Biden's case will have to wait since the JD does not indict 'sitting' presidents.

The difference is that most rational people in this country including Democrats are not opposed to the prosecution of Joe Biden, Hunter Biden or anyone else who breaks the law. The Republicans OTOH (irrationally) do not want to hold Trump responsible of any of his illegal actions such as blackmailing Ukraine, election tampering, insurrection and theft of classified documents.

If a person conducts a crime and another person takes pictures of the crime in action, whom do you prosecute. A Republican would prefer that only the photographer gets prosecuted if the criminal is Trump. Pointing the finger at Trump is politics.

Here is an example for you to consider. DC Mayor's chief of staff is accused of sexual harassment and promptly resigns after the woman discloses explicit messages and pictures. Upon release of Plant Hollywood tapes of Trump sexually harassing women what did the Republicans do? Voted him into the highest office in the land.

Falcicchio resigned March 17, after the woman filed her complaint. He was one of Bowser’s top aides and a confidant since her first run for City Council, in 2006.
