I'm suggesting there's no practical way to do it. Mental health evaluations aren't Carnac the Magnificent holding an envelope to his head.
There's no way to predict when the next frustrated asshole with a gun is going to walk into a bank and murder his former co-workers. The "mental health thing" as American conjobs put it, is a strategic bullshit canard. The only way to do it is the way the Brits decided to do it...and the way the Swedes decided to do it...and the way the Japanese decided to do it...etc., etc., etc. Nobody's semi-automatic war weapons are grandfathered in. Possession is illegal.
