It was a knee jerk reaction to his "lets solve one problem at a time" and I made it into a single problem/solution.
We all know that the 2A has been misinterpreted to a point of being illogical and doubt very much anything will be done. Yet the current SCOTUS re-interpreted the constitution regarding abortion after 50 years, so one can hope a future SCOTUS will offer a literal interpretation of the Second, perhaps after a second Civil War and the country breaks into two.
