OK, let's try this. From my perspective, you've simply taken the information as presented and characterized by the plaintiff attorney's legal brief and sourced from discovery, as the absolute last word on the behavior and motivations of Fox News' staff.
Have you sought out or examined the results of discovery and the legal brief provided by Fox News' legal counsel? I suspect not. Further, I suspect you're not even interested in looking at it. If you want to see it, it's already making the rounds on the internet. Here's a copy. You could, if you wanted to, provide me with your opinion on it after reading it, thus surprising the shit out of me if you demonstrate you've actually read it.

I read the Fox bullshit a while back. The upshot was that they were in good faith simply reporting the newsworthy claims being made by Trump and his lawyers. Their texts, emails and depositions clearly show otherwise, regardless of how much faith you put in their relentless, daily cavalcade of lies and propaganda.
PS - Mother Jones, though certainly liberal, is far more credible (and less damaging to our country) than the folks you are defending at Fox News. They, unlike Fox, did not provide the fuel to feed a violent insurrection.
