Rudy Giuliani likely violated at least one attorney practice rule in pressing a failed legal challenge to Biden’s 2020 win in Pennsylvania on behalf of Donald Trump, a DC Bar committee just announced.
PHIL FOX, the disciplinary investigator handling the matter says:
"Mr. Giuliani has testified on several occasions that he believes there was a conspiracy. There *was* a conspiracy and he was the head of it."
He says Giuliani should be disbarred.
